1. ORDER ON TIME

Please confirm your orders 15 days in advance so we can guarantee the documentsand the flight reservations for your shipment.

Order minimum weight:100 kilos (about 11 simple boxes)

2. D.O.A

In  case of any problem, please send us the mortality report within 12 hours after receiving the fishes. We also appreciate a feedback on the fish transportation total hours so we can tune our system to that parameter. 

In case of serious flight delays you should report the mortality and all derived extra expenses within 24 hours after receiving the fishes in order to charge them to the transportation company for its responsability.

You should record the exact conditions and time of delivery.

3. PAYMENT FORM

We accept payments only through Bank Transfer. You should report any payment via E-mail or fax, sending us the transfer receipt indicating the date and the exact amount.
